true story! as much as i’m aware of numerous flaws and the utter impossibility of The System communism was, there are things i do appreciate, looking back at my own experience. the upbringing model was exemplary, at least from what i recall; nobody was occupied with petty vanity, boys and girls alike were dreaming about space flights, scientific discoveries, reconstructing post-war Warsaw etc.

also, idealism is a wonderful thing, unfortunately it usually ends up with killings on a mass scale.
